Roller coaster stuck for 30 minutes

The poor folks in the pictures below were not only stuck for 30 minutes on the roller coaster, but stuck upside down. According to the story linked here, there was an outage nearby that caused the roller coaster to get stuck. I know that I'd hate to be in that situation.
